You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of product delivery. We will pay for return shipping ONLY if the item is defective or we made an error during processing. Returns made for any other reason will be paid for by you and a restocking fee of 25% will be subtracted from the original price of the item. Returned Items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Request a Return Authorization Number by email at email@example.com. Include your contact information and an explanation of the reason for return. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The following items may not be returned: Any used, damaged or unusable items.
